REVEAL - Raising Effectiveness of Volunteering in Europe through Adult Learning - is a project funded by the European Commission through the Lifelong Learning Programme. It aims at strengthening the capacity of Volunteering Agents (VAs) and maximizing the impact of volunteering throughout Europe.

Partners of REVEAL are currently involved in the research and analysis activities envisioned in Work Package 1. In this phase, the Consortium has developed the European Volunteering Skills Survey as a tool to collect data on the specific training needs of volunteers and volunteer managers (paid or unpaid). The findings of the Skills Survey will provide crucial elements for the development of multi-lingual self assessment tools and training courses targeted to volunteers.

All REVEAL partners will cooperate with voluntary organisations at local, national and EU level to guarantee an adequate response level and encourage the participation in the European Volunteering Skills Survey.
