Početni sastanak u Chieti

 Projekt REVEAL je službeno započeo

Početni sastanak je jedan od najkritičnijih elemenata u fazi planiranja, jer je to susret u kojem se članovi tima, projektni menadžeri i općenito sve osobe uključene u projekt okupljaju po prvi put.

Tom prilikom su utvđene uloge i zadatci među partnerima.To je bilo odlično iskustvo, gdje su partneri uspostavili i dobre međuljudske odnose.

Dakle, na početnom sasatanku je napravljen jedan od prvih rasporeda projektnog plana u kojem su određeni zadatci svih dionika projekta.

Rezultati početnog sastanka će se koristi i za unutarnje i za vanjske sastanke kako bi izvijestili sudionike o temama o kojima ćemo raspravljati, rasporedu i općim ciljevima sastanaka.
